Cinnamon
Apple Rings
In Skillet combine 1/4 cup of sugar, 2 cups of water, and 1/2 cup of Red Cinnamon candies Stir over medium heat until candies and sugar are dissolved. Core 4 apples, cut into 1/2 inch rings, add to syrup. Simmer gently till transparent but not soft, turning occasionally. Cool in Syrup for 30 minutes or until set.
