Banana Orange Bread

1 Cup of sugar

1/2 cup of cooking oil

3 large ripe bananas mashed (1 1/2 cups)

1/4 cup of orange marmalade

2 beaten eggs

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 cup processed wheat bran

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup flaked coconut

In mixing bowl combine sugar oil; add bananas, orange marmalade and eggs, mix well. Stir together flours, bran, baking soda and salt; stir into banana mixture. Stir in pecans and coconut. Divide batter into 2 ungreased loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 55 minutes.

Will also make 5 small loaves.
