Benedictine Cheese Spread

1 medium seedless cucumber peeled, chopped
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1small onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
Mayonnaise
Dill to taste

Finely chop cucumber and press moisture thru coffee filter. Add chopped onion and room temp cream cheese. Mix well. Add enough mayonnaise to make smooth to spread or use piping bag. Stuff celery or top cracker. Also great for tea sandwiches.
