Citrus Lemon Spritzers

Fill wine glass with lemon ice cubes made by putting lemon rind in ice cube tray and freezing.

Place chilled Italian d’asti or sparkling wine in glass 2/3rds full (This can be from the nite before)

Top with sparkling water.
