Glazed Brie 1/4 Cup packed Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup chopped Almond nuts 1 Tablespoon of Sherry 1/2 Tsp Triple Sec Liqueurs 1 Round of Brie cheese Apple and Pear Wedge Lemon Juice Mix together sugar Nuts, sherry and Triple Sec. Cover and chill for at least 24 hours. Place Brie on ovenproof platter bake at 500’ or until Brie is slightly softened. Spread sugar mixture over warm Brie and bake an additional 2-3 minutes or until sugar starts to melt. Brush fruit wedges with lemon juice or a mixture of Fruit fresh and water. Arrange around Brie with bread points or crackers. |
