Grilled Onion Soup Large Sweet onion per person 1 bullion cube per onion 1 tablespoon butter per onion
Heat Grill. Trim top slice from onion, peel onion. Do not cut root from base of onion. Cut a small portion of the center of the onion, large enough to fit a bullion cube in the center with a little extra space. Cut onion into quarters stopping 1/2 inch from roots. Place butter between the sections and grind pepper over the top. Wrap in double aluminum foil. Place on grill for 45 minutes or can be baked at 350’ for 45 minutes. |
