Marmalade
Chicken
1 Cut up chicken 4 Tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon salt Ground pepper to taste 1/3 cup of Orange Marmalade 1/3 cup of sliced almonds Arrange the chicken parts, Skin side up, in lasagna pan. Combine in sauce pan butter, salt and pepper. Brush chicken with butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Basting once with the melted butter. Heat marmalade in sauce pan Remove the chicken from oven and baste with marmalade, return to oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with almonds. |
