1/2 cup of chopped onion 1/4 chopped Pepper green bell 2 Tablespoons butter 3 cups of cooked & peeled Shrimp 2 cups of soft breadcrumbs 2 cups of milk 2 eggs Salt & pepper 3 strips of bacon Sauté the onion, bell pepper in butter until soft. In casserole make layers of shrimp and breadcrumbs and the onion and pepper mixture. Mix together milk, eggs, salt and pepper and pour over Shrimp. Lay the bacon across the top and bake at 350 until the filling is set and the bacon is brown. |
