Spaghetti Sauce

3 quart jars of tomatoes

1 6 oz can tomato paste

Parsley

1 Medium onion chopped

3 green onions

1 Green Pepper chopped

3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce

2 Bay leaves

4 whole cloves

1 Tablespoon Sugar

3 tsp Salt

3 cloves of garlic

Parsley fresh chopped

Pepper

Oregano

Thyme

Basil

Celery chopped

1/2 cup wine

Sauté celery, green pepper, onions & garlic in sauce pan. Add tomatoes and rest of seasonings. Let simmer for 1 hour add wine simmer for another 1-2 hours until desired consistency, add sugar to taste. Serve over well drained pasta.
